Description
The intake process is essential to gather information about your new client. It is important to do a comprehensive assessment in order to create treatment goals. Various data that needs to be collected include the presenting problem and its history, childhood history, school history if present abuse history, work history, sexual and marital history and family history. Gathering these categories of data is crucial for the intake process.
